Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

*Please note that any article on sale or in reduction is not eligible to our return policy and cannot be refunded.

Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for personal or sanitary use, hazardous products or flammable gases or liquids.

Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products

To make a return, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use.
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item which is not in its original condition, which is damaged or has some parts missing for reasons which are not due to an error on our part.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a few days.

Only items with regular prices can be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale are non-refundable.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact the entity that issued your credit card, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
So contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you want to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail to info@ortrival.com

Gifts
If the returned item was identified as a gift during purchase and was sent to you directly, you will receive a gift credit of equal value upon your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not identified as a gift during purchase, or if the donor preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will issue a refund to the giver of the gift. and they will know you returned the item.



You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $ 75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
