How can I place my order?

Finish adding the order
If you wish to continue your order on our site, please click on the green button "Order" located on the right of the screen.
If you have a valid discount code, you can enter it in the "Discount" field on the right side of the screen. Don't forget to click on the "Apply" button for the discount to be calculated and applied to your order.
Continue by clicking the "Continue with shipping method" button. Make sure you have correctly entered the delivery address (if different from your billing address). When you are finished, click on "Continue with payment method".
You will need to enter your payment information. You will have the option to indicate that the shipping and billing details are the same, if applicable.
Once the form has been completed, click on the "Complete order" button. You will be taken to a screen that provides an order summary with an on-screen order confirmation, as well as a second confirmation email.

What if I am missing incorrect items or products when I receive my order?

For missing or incorrectly shipped items, please contact us at info@ortrival.com. Enter your transaction reference number (order number) and provide us with proof (image file size must be less than 1MB). We will be happy to return the correct item to you at no additional cost and will not ask you to return the item that was sent to you in error! You can keep it as a gift from us.

How do I know if my order has been sent successfully?

You will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and the details of your purchase.

I want to exchange the items I ordered. What should I do ?

Changes to your order are allowed no later than 11:00 p.m. (PDT, -7 GMT) on the day of the order. You can contact us via info@ortrival.com to request a change.

How can I add items to my shopping cart?

To add items to your cart:

Go to the page of the article that interests you and then choose your preferences for that article. When you click on the "Add to cart" button, you will be redirected to the "Cart" page.
Enter the quantity of the item you wish to order using the "Quantity:" field next to the item image. After entering a quantity, you can continue shopping or choose to complete the order.
How can I see the contents of my basket?

To view the contents of your basket, click on the "Basket" icon located at the top of the site page. After clicking this icon, you can easily change the number of quantities you want to purchase for any item in your cart by updating the quantity shown. You can also remove any item from your basket by clicking on the "Remove" link at the bottom of the quantity list.

How can I remove items from my shopping cart?

First, click on the "Shopping Cart" icon in the upper right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to see all the items that are currently in your shopping cart.
